During 2023, Erion Energy managed 5,853 tonnes of Waste Batteries (WB), of which 4,266 tons were Vehicle Batteries; 1,503 tons were Portable Batteries, and the remaining 84 tons were Industrial Batteries.

In 2023, the total collection of Waste Batteries (WB) by Erion Energy decreased by 42% compared to 2022.

This decline was mainly due to a 50% reduction in the management of Vehicle Batteries Waste compared to the previous year.

In contrast, the Waste of Managed Industrial Batteries nearly doubled compared to 2022, totaling 84 tons, and Portable Battery Waste recorded a slight increase in 2023 (+3%), totaling 1,503 tons.
