People are the backbone of the Erion System: it is thanks to them that value can be created in the business processes and services offered. In numerical terms, Erion had 66 employees as of 31 December 2024, representing a 2% decrease compared to 2023. In terms of gender distribution, women accounted for 65% of Erion’s total workforce, consolidating their majority status over the three-year period from 2022 to 2024.

As in the previous two-year period, the largest proportion of Erion’s workforce during the reporting period was aged 30–50 (61%).

In terms of workforce distribution by contract type, 85% of employees have permanent contracts, representing a 2% decrease compared to 2023 due to a slight increase in fixed-term contracts (nine compared to eight in 2023). The company also has one employee on an apprenticeship scheme.
