Notably, 66% of the workforce is female, maintaining a predominance of women in the company from 2021 to 2023.

In line with the previous two years, in the last year of the fiscal year, the predominant age group is between 30 and 50 years old (about 60%), followed by employees under 30 years old (24%) and those over 50 years old (16%).

In 2023, the corporate population has 87% of employees hired on permanent contracts, while the remaining 12% and 1% have fixed-term contracts (mainly for resources engaged in research projects and time-limited initiatives) and follow an apprenticeship path, respectively.
